I have worked with architects and designers of may disciplines helping them to realise their design visions.

I am happy to work with you at any stage of the design process or, if required, right through from design initiation to completion.

Art director

As an art director I have experience in

• Attending production meetings

• Site recces

• Design development through 3D modelling

• Technical drawing management

• Liaising with set builder with workshop visits

• Supervising set load-in

Model making

I have over 20 years experience making models for architects and designers.

Presentation models are a great way to represent your finished design but model making can also to be used problem solve ideas at any stage of the design process.

I have fully equipped workshop facilities including my own laser cutter.

CAD modelling

I can draw anything up for you in 3D. I use Rhino but files can be exported in a number of different formats to suit the need.

3D modelling is a very versatile way to get to visualise your design and then to issue a set of technical drawings to pass on to relevant parties.

Once you have the 3D model this can also be used to 3D print a scale model and also to pass on to set builders to generate their own construction drawings.

Laser cutting

I offer a laser cutting facility if you’d rather make your own model made up of parts that are cut accurately for you.

Laser cutting can be useful for countless other purposes; sign-making, rubber stamps, artwork and labels, to name just a few.

Various sheet materials can be cut including paper, card, acrylic, timber, MDF, plywood, fabric and leather.

The laser cutter can be used to cut and score material or raster in a solid block, a bit like branding the surface.
